Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• If the service has already been delivered and completed.
• If the cancellation request is made outside the permitted time frame.

• For partial completion of services unless there is a valid and verified reason.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone within 7 days of the cancellation or issue occurrence.
• Our team will review your request and verify the eligibility for a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or any other method agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel their service requests within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.
